yep, mine is bypassed as well. i'd just bypass it and be done. only downside is that you will be able to start it without the clutch depressed. I found that to be really nice. i don't always like to push my clutch in just to start my truck.
Shouldnt need any of that. Mine was bypassed and is now hanging from the wire under the dash.

It's the FTE way
Just got through bypassing one of these for a friend. He wanted to fix it right but needed his truck. Anyhow if I remember correctly that clutch switch is separate from the CC switch. Correct me if I am wrong.
Correct myself- If there is a light green and tan/light blue they are the CC. Hard to tell the color from the pic.
Oh well I guess I will call him and tell him about the cruse as well.
The auto trans have a factory jumper.
The unit on there is a seperate part all by itself, it will spin on the master so you can get it out of the hole, it just sorta floats there.
I dont recal any clips on mine, but i have yet to go out and get it.
