I bet the relay you hear clicking is the EEC Power relay, that one comes on with the key.
Most of the time when someone washes the engine and the fuel pumps quit they fried the computer.
I took of the protection cover on teh fuel pump relay and can see the "tong" activating with you turn the key.
would that still happen if the computer is gone?
If the fuel pump relay is making (clicking) when you turn on the key and droping back out one second later then the computer could be OK.
But if it still could be the computer if the injectors are not firing and you have spark.
If you do not have spark unplug the computer and see if spark returns, if it does return then the computer is bad.

By grounding pin #6 of the EEC self-Test connector and turning on the key. The fuel pump should run all the time the key is on with pin #6 grounded.
Everything works. I could not get power from the green/yellow wire to the pump switch. So I Bypassed it with a 12 volt source for now . . But runs good lol.
What would cause the Green/yellow wire to lose power? I Know it does run to the computer. But is it afuseable link?
I think you mean a Tan wire with a light green stripe on it.
This is the wire the computer grounds to pick (make) the fuel pump relay. The computer grounds this wire for one second each time it sees a PIP pulse from the distributor and for one second when the key is first turned on. With the engine cranking or running the PIP pulses come faster than one each second so the fuel pump will run all the time the engine is cranking or running.
The only time there is voltage on this wire is when the fuel pumps are not running and no there are no fuse links on this wire.
