Lets see. Step cab with removable panel, step cab with solid floor, flat floor cab with removable panel. Haven't seen a flat floored cab with a solid floor, but it could be.

Say what???? There is only one style cab per year. Some cabs had a removable panel over the tranny but that indent is in all of them. No difference in style.
How many styles of 2 door cabs did Ford make? I think there were 3 types.
Marker lights on the roof of the cabs, I think they came on the custom cabs only.
Body style 81 = Conventional Cab
Body Style 84 = Cowl & Windshield.
Body Style 85 = Chassis & Cowl.
Body styles 84 & 85 are Open Drive-Aways. These trucks do not have a cab per se, just a floor pan and cowl. The Chassis & Cowl didn't have a windshield.
Roof clearance (marker) lights were an option. These lights didn't come on any cab as standard equipment.

The OP didn't really specify a single year, I was thinking of the different kinds of slick cabs I saw on my trek through the scrap yard the other week.
