I KNOW THIS MIGHT BE REACHING BUT I WOULD BE WILLING TO TRADE A 1959 CUSTOM CAB FLARESIDE PROJECT FOR THE BODY TRIM TO A 1964 SHORT BED.
THE 59 IS IN DECENT CONDITON AND THE FLOORS HAVE ONLY SMALL HOLES. THE BODY ITSELF IS VERY STRAIGHT, NOT ALOT OF RUST BUT SOME IN THE CAB CORNERS. IT HAS BOTH SIDES WITH CUTOUTS FOR THE SPARE TIRES AND SPARE HOLDERS. TAILGATE IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE.
the only body trim on the 63 tho is a couple of emblems on the hood. Not to fair of trade for a whole truck. Or are you refering to something else that im not thinking of.
LOOK IN THE 61-66 FORUM UNDER POST YOUR TRUCK PICS--PAGES 2 AND 5 HAVE A COUPLE OF 63-64s WITH THE TRIM IM TALKING ABOUT. HAS A RED STRIPE IN THE TRIM.
oh i see now. Unfortunately i don't think i know of any trucks around that have that trim on it. Although i will have to look next time im home at one of my secret stashes as there was a slick but don't know if it has trim. I dont think i have ever seen that trim before so it must have been the top trim package or something but i learned something anyway, sorry i cant help you out.
