Fender Flares?!?!
Is Bushwacker the only company that makes cut out fender flares for super duties?? I really wanna get them for the dual purpose of tire coverage, and cutting out major rust. I wanna buy I used pair, but I can't find them anywhere, and I don't see any other companies that sell "cut out" type flares

To my knowledge, Bushwacker is the only company that sells "cut-out" fender flares. There may be other companies that sell modified fenders (front & rear) but that requires replacing the entire fender. Bushwacker doesn't sell complete kits of 4 fender flares because you may have either a short bed or long bed truck. There is a difference in the design of the rear fender to accomodate the fuel cap location.
As for why you cannot find used "cut-out" fender flares... the installation of "cut-out" fender flares is permanent. The truck would not look right if they were removed.
