HELP ! ! ! ! ! ASAP ! ! !

To make a long story short... 460 7.5L, 94, sat for roughly 2 years. Drove it perfectly fine after replacing fuel pump. sat a week. Decided for WHATEVER reason to put dumb oil sludge cleaner in it since it sat for so long. Drove to emissions, drove to wash it, drove home perfect drive roughly 30 miles. Started it 2 days ago (few days after) Blue smoke out the yang, drives, but once it warms up after about 2 miles pushing the gas pedal down seems to actually do opposite, it cuts power. Flooring the pedal seems like it puts on one cylinder until it almost dies.

WHAT DO I DO??????????????????????????????

I need help ASAP, I was supposed to sell this 3 days ago, thats why I did all this. Now they want it TODAY, have been told mass air flow sensor, EGR, Idle Air Control valve...WHAT DO I DO???

Error code scans. I'd remove, clean the MAF sensor & o2 sensor w/ MAF or electronic contact cleaner too. Drivability problems start after warmed up (closed loop function begins, implying sensor/ECU issue. Only thing I use to desludge is Seafoam. Dive 50 mi. and dump it. Some stuff will compromise the sealing glaze on the cylinder walls if used too strongly, too long, or too often. But lets make that our last choice for whats going on.

You put "engine cleaner" in it. I hate to say it but its toast never use that stuff. I use that before and had the exact same problem, put it in a few days later wouldn't start again i just scrapped it.

YOu'll be able to get some money for it!

Drain the oil, put fresh oil in, run it and repeat. This happend to a friends jeep. Changed the oil a couple times and it worked fine ever since. It would barely run before we did this.

Checked the IAC valve, and someone suggested PCV valve, but cleaned them both and still nowhere.

Thanks a ton for the insight, its highly appreciated.

My neighbor suggested maybe it has something to do with valve seals needing to be replaced to fix oil leak and smoke...Checked the cat with a heat gun, its like 150 degrees different in front and behind it, could that be fouling my O2 sensor?

THANKS AGAIN!!!

Oh yeah, I put oil basically used in dumptrucks in because a mechanic suggested thick oil might help 'reseat the rings' if the rings were fouled...Is this a good idea?

a lot of those cleaners are petroleum based, like basically some are kerosene, the vapors i the crankcase can come back through the pcv valve and make it run like dirt, change the oil, maybe flush a quart or 2 through with the drain plug out, then refill.

The only thing I have ever put in with the engine oil was a can of sea foam.
That stuff is great, but to be used only when necessary. After putting it in, make sure to drive like normal with varied loads on the engine, and change the oil after 2 days or so - a week at the LONGEST.
Don't do it often, but it fixed my sticky lifter and clogged pickup screen.
I changed my oil as soon as the lifter stopped ticking, and oil pressure came back up to normal. A thick yellow film came out with the last quart of oil.

My dad had the smoke problem with his new Brand new F150, the dealer said he used the E85 too often and scorched his valves.
