150 and 250 frames

can anyone tell me are ther any differences in the frames from a F150 and a F250. strenght and ridgidity wise i mean. what i am doing is looking for a 4x4 with a clean body, i've been finding more f150s than 250's. i have a 250 with a rotten body and the frame is ok and i could go two ways. swap the body onto my 3/4 ton frame or swap my 10.25 rear and d44 under the 1/2 ton frame and body. what would you guys suggest?

thanks in advance
Jeremy

I would swap bodies. Not saying it's the better choice, but for me it would be.

I do believe the 150 on the 250 chassis would be the easier way to go.

However I wouldn't do it, so I haven't payed any attention to info for doing so.

I would swap bodies,I had a buddy who tried to swap to 3/4 ton stuff on his F150,but it was more work than it was worth.

The front of the f250 frame is different. The front suspension on a f250 will not bolt in under a f150 frame. The f150/f250 bodies will swap easily though and bolt on.
