Is the brake booster line that goes to the back of the engine on an F 150 in the same location as on the 2005 F250. I have the directions for replacing the hose on an F150 but can't find the location of where the vacuum line goes for my F250.
No, totally different systems, if your a diesel F250/350, power steering provides hydrabost to master cylinder. F150 and F250 gassers is the same though, so, need ytour sig with your rig to help.
The vacuum line for the booster is pretty much the same for all gas engines, no matter what make or model. They just go from the intake to the booster.
All you need to do is find where it plugs into the booster, then follow it back to the intake (may wrap around the back of the booster)
Another way to find it is to look for the largest vacuum hose on the engine (Usually a little harder to find on the newer vehicles because of cramped spaces)
