What is involved in replacing the parking/emergency brake shoes?

Is there a source for new shoes or linings?

1961/66 F350: There are two different sizes. With a 4 speed, it's 9" x 2" / But, who can be sure after 40 years have passed by, what's there today?

There are three brake shoe springs, two at the top, one at the bottom. You might consider replacing these, as the originals are prolly stretched.
