Hey all I got a 2004 F350 Lariat And my fan isnt blowing any more . I have checked an repalced the (107) 40 amp fuse wasnt blown an it was good.I have switch #301 with #302 relay an still nothing, Is there any other relay or fuse to check ?
When mine quit me this past winter, I just tapped on the back side (visible portion) of the blower motor with a medium-sized ball-peen hammer. By tapped, I mean smacked it around a bit, though not hard enough to dent the housing. Fired up, and has been running fine since then. Don't know what the problem was, didn't care at the time, it well south of freezing and I was just happy to have a warm cab.
usually when the resister goes the blower just defaults to high. I would check for power at the blower..if you have power i bet it is the bower you could take it out and hook it right up to the battery or run jumpers to it..........if you dont have power and you checked the fusee maybe the switch is bad..........it should be simple enough to figure out.........a multimeter is your friend
I had power to the fan, So I put power direct to the fan and nothing pulled the fan off an spun it then it turned slowly. So I pulled the motor apart and cleaned it out and it works great now. Thanx everyone for the tips. Beer time

Glad to hear you're back up and running and the only cost was a little bit of your time. That's the best kind of fix...free!
