For what it's worth, 5.5" is 139.7mm, not 127mm. Wouldn't want you to order wheel what won't fit.

Measure from the two furthest studs. If you have 5 studs, and you number them, you would measure from stud 1 to stud 3.
4, 6, and 8 lug. Measurement is the distance from opposite studes. On an 8 lug, it is number 1 and 5 measures straight acroos the center.
