What do you idle at?

What do you idle at?

2003 4.6L

At stops I'm idling at 600 rpm.

Seems like it used to be higher, is that too low or is that correct idle?

I only noticed and and couldn't remember if that was normal of this is something new and out of the ordinary.

I idle at ~900 rpm. No idea if thats where it should be or not. Never looked into it.

I also idle at 600-700 now, I used to idle at around 500-600 and it would kick, which always sucked.

2000 Navigator with a 2002 5.4 4V engine Idle at 635 to 686 rpm in neutral.
