Mach radio problem

Just bought a 99 exp and for past 3 days I've noticed the radio does not sound the same. Usually it sounds great; bass and all. But now there is absolutely no bass and the rear speakers don't seem to be working. The bass comes in intermittently. Before I
make a service appt is there something I can check for?

Turn your fade to half front/half back speakers?

Mach radio problem

NO NOT THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get a price before you have any work done.
If it is not under warranty and they want $200.00 or more I would recommend replacing it with an aftermarket radio. It is really simple in this vehicle. If you have a 7mm nutdriver or rachet you can do it in about 20 minutes with the appropriate wiring harness.

Well fortunately it's under warranty. For some reason I'm thinking it's more a speaker problem than the radio
