absolutely nothing !!

I just went to start my RV. I turned the key, as usual, the pump for the air compressor started running. I turned the key further to start the engine. It did a milisecond crank, I heard a slight "POP" and NOTHING happened. Nothing still happens. I have checked all fuses, battery terminals etc. I have power to lights, horn, etc. but there seems to be no juice when I turn the key.
Can the ignition (at key) just crap out like that?

Ah yeah, but I would bet on the solenoid having craped out before the ignition switch. Try jumpering 12 volt to the front small terminal on the starter soleniod.
