My '54 F100...
Just bought this truck, numbers matching, all original, '54 that has been sitting in an old garage for 30+ years. The truck belonged to my father years before that and now it is back in the family for a complete original restoration. These pics were taken the day I brought her home. It's a whole lot cleaner now...lol.

anyway nice truck . not sure bout that 239 y as to what i understand they do have some parts that are unto themselves .... a 292 or 312 with a little better parts availability disguised as the 239 
..... and that lil' holley 94 if i'm looking right , is a pain in the **** on my flatty so im going dark and dropping a rochester on mine 
. you can look around and find an intake for a y that will take a conventional ford 2 bbl and you'll be a whole lot happier !!! this is the voice of experience , as mine always gives me fits { the holley 94 }!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dust is gone now...and I hope the progress comes soon too...hehe. Hard to make much progress when you work 6 days per week...lol.

i know the feeling, i farm and i think i may be planting late this year cause i can't stay out of the garage i will be keeping an eye on this thread to see how it goes... when them pictures of it with the dust cleaned off commin
