Question '06 KR Arm Rest switch

I would like to switch my arm rests from Passenger side to driver chair to "flip over" the arm rest due to wear on drivers but none on passengers. Anyone know how to remove these arm rest from the KR Captain chairs?

There's a torx head bolt at the swivel point, I believe its a T-50. If you stick your finger between the seat and the armrest, you should feel the hole in the leather where the bolt goes through. It's strethed over the armrest so you can push it up towards the end to expose the bolt, or peal the material back.
Now as far as swapping them, I am not sure about that part.

So the bolt is on the post between the arm rest and the seat? Or on the arm rest itself? Or the seat itself? I will look at lt later to try and find it. I would guess if they both come off they should trade out from driver to passenger seat . . .

The bolt is in the armrest that connects to the side of the chair. You will need to peal back some of the leather at the end of the armrest and feel around for the hole. Then get your torx bit and loosen the bolt to remove it. Just be carefull when pulling the leather around the foam, as you could tear it or mark it.

Thumbs up All Done . . .

Got it. Really didn't need to take the arm off after all as all I wanted to do was switch the covers so the worn drivers side was down on the passengers and vice versa.

Didn't realise it was so easy to get the covers off. Thanks for help and insight!
