18in tire help

18in tire help
I just picked up a set of 18in wheels (factory harley) for my 01 and cant get the tire situation figured out. Right now the wheels have factory tires on them (maybe a size smaller than factory) and the 16's I just took off had 315/75/16's on them which are 34.6in tall. I want to go with something alot larger on the 18's then whats on there now, but I cant find anything around the 34 or 35 mark. 275/70/18 seems to be the closest I can get, but that would be about 1.5in shorter and almost 2 inches more narrow. I want all terrain tires (no mud tires) because I drive ALOT of miles on the highway. Im also not looking to spend 300 per tire, so I need a fairly common size. Any advice?

Ive looked into that size and they all seem to be over 300 a tire. I have a friend that works at a tire shop and is going to get me a great deal on what I get, but the size has to be available in a firstone/bridgestone tire.
