lol, you can be guaranteed when see a truck with rims like that that it doesnt get used for work. Just imagine a truck with those rims and a load on the back like what Dave hauls. Talk about ridin on rim lmao
If you want to see some serious enragement, go post that on the 1999-2003 Powerstroke forum.
so what is the point of those huge wheels?im a fairly young guy still and i cant understand it.they look dumb.especially on a chevy caprice that has to have a lift kit installed to fit them.

buddy i am 17 years old and i think that its the most pointless thing in the world lol
Some of the large diameter wheels look ok on a truck that isn't lifted and has low profile street tires, not mud tires.
They look horrible. Especially when they don't fit the vintage. There is a '69-72 Blazer here that is jacked up with 22's and low profile mudders. (where's the vomiting smilie when you need it)
I don't even want to think about those lifted cars.
as i recall tiger woods has these style rims on a suv that he crashed at around 2 am. maybe the truck needs spining rims. seems like the spiners faded away
i agree, this latest fad with oversize rims and low profile tires is a very ugly fad.
im surprised it's still the latest fad in wheels today.it just doesn't look good at all.
i never understood it.
