GPR ?
When testing the GPR with a meter with the key on should the voltage be the same on both side. I have 11.54in and 10.5out and then it will drop to 9.47 then back to10.5
asking because i have lots of white smoke on start up with 8 new GP

If the GPR is on (controled by the computer), the voltage should be the same on both poles of the GPR. It looks like you are having some type of resistance between the poles. Try the Napa GPR 109. It is only $30.
Also, sounds like it may be time for the GPR LED taddle-tell. Best $15 add-on you can do.
