Need help with fuel filter
I have a 1996 f150 5.0 try to change the fuel filter today bought the tool to change it with. Slip the tool into the fuel line fitting and still could not pull off the fuel line.

It can seem like a hat trick at times, but it should come off after a minute or two. Once you get the tool completly in the fuel line fitting, try working it back and forth and releasing some pressure at the same time. Good luck.

Just don't force it... The retaining clips for mine came out in pieces. I wasn't the first person to have done that, though, because not enough pieces came out to account for both full clips.
