64 4x4 front end swap too difficult?

Was wondering how hard it would be to swap out my original 64 f250 4x4 front end to a late 70's type. What is necessary to make the original steering work, or would it be better to try to make it ps? Thanks

to 77.5 is a bolt in.

You need to modify the drag link to accommodate the later spindle arm.
