Back in the saddle

Hey people, just bought a new (to me) Ford Truck, haven't owned one in a few years since I got rid of my '78.

I was wondering if you could give me some pointers on where to look for a VIN on the body/frame?

The truck is a dually tow truck and the owner had replacement panels from a junk yard put on and they lost the vin tag, so as of right now I can't title it, I'd like to if possible but have to find the VIN first.

I'm not entirely sure what it is exactly, the seller's records show it had been a '79 F350 4x4 Super Camper Special but the current front end looks like a '77, tank is behind the seat and engine looks (and sounds ) like a 460.

Any help finding the VIN will be much appreciated!! Thanks in advance, pics on the way, it gets dropped off tomorrow morning.

Okay, did some searching on the site and it looks like it doesn't really fit the super camper special list of features, it's also a stick-shift btw.
