Cold start / fuel issues
The recent cold snap has caused a hard start issue on my 94 F150 5.0. The pumps pressurize but when I park in the wind I have to pump the pedal to get it start and it will not idle. I have to give it gas to keep from stalling. After it warms up (runs for a few minutes it's fine). There are no check engine lite issues. I haven't pulled any codes yet ( to cold and I am out of kero in the garage). The odd thing is when I park out of the wind it starts fine. At home I have that option but at work (next to the Delaware River) it's not always an option.

Cold start / fuel issues
Check the IAC & FPR. Either could have water in it, freezing from the wind chill. More likely, it's the IAC's aluminum shrinking faster than its steel parts when the wind cools it fast.
