If you are using the standard Ford setup, it is crossover steering already. The only difference is that the drag link doesn't go completely to the RH knuckle.

I was wondering if the steering stops were adjusted wrong, but I dunno...
I'm not sure if the D60 has adjustable steering stops, if it's anything like the D44 the stops are cast in the knuckle and the ends of the axle tubes so nothing to adjust.

when i had my ifs suspension it would always make poping sounds if i turned to hard and now it doesnt. also seems like it turns smoother
