LED Wiring Help, Please!!

Ok, So I installed these LED's on the bottom of my cab... They are currently wired to an Upfitter Switch...
I want to hook them up directly to my "parking or roof" lights... This way the will come on when I turn my lights on..
Can someone tell me where to find a "parking light" wire to tap into?
Will one of PTO bundle wires work?

Thanks!!

I tapped into the tail light wire that runs down the drivers side to the back

Go to the side pillar where the wires run to the roof. Tap there.

Agree, tap into the mirror blinker/cab lights area on the pillar. It should be really easy to get it and seemless to run the wires up there.

So... I would use one of the "pass thru" wires to get into the truck cab and then up to the pilliar? Is that correct?

Thanks!!

That's why I tapped into the tail light wire. It was right there behind the running board.

I will be adding LED lights too soon and I am going to run the wire up into the engine compartment then thru the rubber grommet where the clutch would go thru the wall, then up behind the pillar. The folks who installed my plow ran the wires thru there and I also ran my temp. sensor for my mirror thru there with no problem. Just make a small slit and the wire will seal up the hole!! I'm staying away from areas where water and sand/salt can cause havick with connections.

I just added LEDs and my flasher is not faster (I knew that would happen) but I fixed it on my old truck by replacing the flasher relay. Does anyone know where the relay is on a 2008 F250 and where I can get a relay with the resistor?

I think I read recently that you don't have a separate flasher. The computer controls the signals and the sound you hear is something the computer generates to give you audible feedback that your signal is on.

Check out the "big rig" lights from recon, I just put in a set and they also flash with the turn signal. I put in a scanning amber tailgate light also and some backlit fender badges.
