brake problem

I saw your question several days ago and didn't reply because I really didn't have a clue. The more I think about your problem it still sounds like air is in your brake lines. I know you said you bled them numerous times, but the ABS systems on these trucks can be really tricky when it comes down to bleeding brakes. If I were you I would find a Ford dealer, garage, shop, etc. with one of the power bleeder systems and start from there.

brake problem

GAV10's thoughts were exactly mine. I read your post, but I'm not familiar enough with the operation of the ABS system to offer advice. If there's one thing I won't do it's post about something I don't know anything about.

I'll also echo GAV10 in saying that it sounds to me like air in the brake system. You may have to break down and have it professionally bled. Driving without properly functioning brakes isn't really an option.
