Is it when you start from a dead stop or whenever you accelerate while already moving? You may want to grease your drive shaft slip yoke if you haven't already done so. Here's one thread I have saved:

Ford has a TSB about this problem. When I was at the dealer about 2 years ago they said that the TSB was in place but that Ford said only do the repair, grease job if it happens all the time. Mine was very intermittent so they didn't do it. The Service Manager said that if I really wanted it done that he would do it but I said since it is so intermittent not to worry about it.

Mine only happens when I first start out, and only sometimes.
