I am interested in putting an Aussi Locker in my truck to make it a little more of an off road oriented truck. On the website for Aussie lockers they have some listed for Ford 1967-1997 Dana 44 axles. Mine is a 1963 f100 4x4 and there is no locker specified for my truck, but my truck does have a Dana 44 axle.
My question is does a 1967 f100 have the same Dana 44 axle that is on a 1963 f100? It says that the one for a 1967 is a 30 spindle, and from what i understand as long as they have the same number of spindles they will fit.
PS- i posted this in the 1961 era trucks section as well, hoping that someone else would see it and be of help.
