Adjusting the clock on the dash
E-Time, or Elapsed time is a stopwatch function, but, unless you know how to use it, it shows the time from the last time the battery was hooked up.
To re-set or re-start the elapsed time mode, press the left/set button while in e-time mode. The display will show 0 when the button is pressed and begin counting when the button is released. The colon will flash to indicate elapsed time is running.
To stop or start Elapsed time, depress right/set. If e-time is running when it is pressed, e-time will stop, The display will blink on and off to indicate e-time stopped. If elapsed time is stopped and right/set is depressed, elapsed time will resume accumulating.
Adjustments:
Time:
1. Turn ignition switch to Acc or On position.
2. Depress the Time button and hold down while using left/set to advance the hours. The minutes position will be replaced with A for am or P for pm. Proper setting of A or P is important for the operation of the date portion of the clock
3> Depress the time button and hold down while using the right/set to advance the minutes. Hours will not advance when minutes go from 59 to 00
Date"
1. Turn ignition switch to Acc or On
2. Depress the Date button and hold while using left/set to advance the month
3. Depress the date button and hold while using right/set to advance the date. Months will not advance when the date advances from the last day of the month to 1.
That should help you out...
I gotta get mine going again, there's a short in my criuse control circut, and, it's killed my clock...
