Lowering Transfer Case

Hey guys I have a 95 Bronco, 5.8L, that I am going to install a 6" lift. Although I don't have to have the driveshafts reworked I was wondering if I could dropt he transfer case down some, say about an inch? I haven't really looked into it yet just and idea. Any thoughts would be appreciated....

The t-case is aligned with the engine's crankshaft, so it can't be lowered. If you lowered it by the mount, the engine would tilt and probably hit the firewall or bend the exhaust.

The cheapest, quickest, and most reliable way is to get a GOOD shop to build the d'shafts right.

Why do you need to mod your driveshafts for a 6" lift?

Jeep kits which lower the t-case only tilt the motor back a little. This helps rear d/s angle but hurts front d/s angle.
