Angry F-100 SuperNats Liability Statement

Anyone else have a problem with the Liability statement on the F-100 Supernats registration form?

It basically says that if your truck gets destoryed during the show and it was their fault there's nothing you can do about it.

I would like to hear what everyone else thinks about this.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this in....

F-100 SuperNats Liability Statement

Considering some of the chunks of concrete that are missing off of the side of the Grand, I don't blame them!

We have been whining to Pat Ford for years about the condition of the hotel. In '00 (?) a chunk of concrete fell on top of his wife's new Taurus. Still had the paper tag in the window. I -think- he finally heard us...

Another year we had tornados around Knoxville and high wind at the show. An exhibitors tent weight (brick) was picked up and hit a truck just above the rear window. That was taken care of by the parties involved very admirably.

I remember when that happened.

There's usually rain and sometimes a storm. I think the year before they cut the trees down on the top of the hill a limb fell on a truck during a storm.
