Get the underbody cleaned with a pressure washer.
Then "oil spray" it like we do for winter here.
But get the oil into the leaf springs in between, where a lot of friction is.
If you have a pressurized spray gun, it would really help.
Likewise, spray all the rubber suspension components with a light oil that will not damage the rubber.
Right after spraying, a run on a nice rutted / bumpy road to work the components and get some of that oil inside.
Also try running to the lower side of recommended tire pressure.
Fill up the gas tank for some added weight.
Hope you didn't buy the high end shocks that have more dampening than you need..
