Stock temps?
Today I put the stock PCM and TCM programs back into my truck. I've been running Matt's Street Race Lite for about 5 months now, but with warm weather coming and my boat coming out I thought it would be best to put things back to stock for the towing. I installed an Edge Insight shortly after going to the SRL tune, so I had not seen the temps I monitor with the stock tuning. To my surprise, ALL the temps are higher with the stock tuning (EOT, ECT, EGT, and Trans.). Also, with the SRL tune, my truck's EGTs would come down pretty fast when I pulled in the driveway, going from ~400 to less than 350 in about a minute, but with the stock tuning I can't get the EGTs below ~370 even after idling for about 3 or 4 minutes. Are these conditions normal? Should I start looking for problems?
