Boy we just had a frog choker roll through the Spa City. We tied up just in time to watch the pouring rain hit the windshield of the truck. I'm actually glad it poured like that....got all that green pollen off the hood of my truck.
It was cool here this morning. The truck was displaying 57 when I left for work at 0430. That'll learn me to pay attention to the forecast from time to time; sure would have been nice to have a heater on when I rolled out of bed...instead of the A/c this morning.

I work for a railroad based out of Jones Mill. We have three different "jobs" that start at different times of the day. This week I'm on a 0500-1700; last week it was 1200-2359. Unless things change, I'll be on a 0200-1400 next week...not looking forward to getting up at 0001 and heading to work. Though it beats a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
I would like to go fishing crappie are bitting but got to work on the kitchen
I know the feeling, bad part about my weekend, I'll be in the boat hauling supplies and materials across the Bay. But the sooner they get over there the sooner I can finish this project. Then it is moving time Will be bringing in a new washer and dryer tomorrow, made a great deal at Home Depot this week. Caught a sale on stackables, regular $1500, for $800. Got a stack of OSB for subfloors loaded too, somebody wanna volunteer??? huh???? Oh well, guess I'll make do with the son in law. Should have took all of this in when the water was up, just pull up and set it on the deck, now I have to carry it up the river bank. Guess I'll get my exercise
