Just worndering which wa to go here as far as ordering one up. I have heard different views on LMC, Dennis Carpenter, ect ..... I am lost as which route to take here, thanks.
I'll soon be looking for one too. From what I see, it's the shipping that's gonna get 'ya. If you can meet up with a vendor at one of the shows, you'll save quite a bit.

But...will the vendors have any core supports with them? These things are heavy and bulky, take up a lotta space.
You're in TN. Carolina Classics is located in Durham NC, Carpenter in Concord NC. The shipping won't be as excessive as for the member who lives in MN, and you could drive over there and pick it up.
The 2010 F100 Super Nationals Truck Show and Swap Meet will be held the 13-15th of May in Pigeon Forge.
Both Carolina Classics and Carpenter attend this event. You might even luck out and find a good used rust free core support at the swap meet.
Rick or even Dennis or Tom will bring the parts to a show. All you need to do is pre pay and tell them you will pick it up at the show. I have done this at the Supernats and Spring Fall and all truck at Carisile.
