Please Help with trim problem

I bought a 2001 Diesel excursion Limited. I want to remove the lower body mouldings that are tan. How many mounting holes are in the body if any? I have seen in pictures that there might be some just in the rear panel behind the back wheel well. If anyone here has removed the Limited trim PLEASE let me know.

I remember putting on an Excursion once, and it was all tape on. However, you may want to get one of those powered rubber wheel erasers to get all that tape off.

If it is taped on you probably want to use a hairdryer to help remove it. Use WD-40 to remove any tape residue. It works wonders.

No

I am not worried about the adhesive. I am a pro at removing that. I am worried about HOLES in the body. Are there any?

The only holes are behind the rear wheel. you can buy the small trim pieces off an XLT to cover them.
