I have been having some issues with my throttle. Its in a 05 F350 duallie that is stock and never been modded. It started about 6 months ago I had a full throttle stick and then that lead to starting it first thing in the morning and the throttle wouldnt work at all and the truck was lopeing. I shut it off and cycled once and it wouldnt start. So I cycled it 2 more times and it fired up and was fine. Then the other day I was driving around town and the 1st third of the throttle wouldnt respond it would kick in just before half throttle.
Today I left the house and went to drive around the corner and I lost all throttle and the truck just loped so I had to shut it down cycle three times and it fired up and was fine. What the heck is going! This is driving me nuts.
Thanks for any help
Maybe one of our resident techs will chime in, odd that your pedal assembly isn't working. Now in the 7.3l engines it was common. The adjustable pedals had a TSB out for wire chaffing....have you peeked around under the dash to look for anything?
