Coil Spring Spacer

I have a 96 F250 2wd with front coil springs....I want a coil spring spacer to help with a wheel rub when turning. Cant find anything for a F250 but can find them for the f150 and bronco will these work for my truck

they are rubbing? are the tires oversized(when compared to stock)? or have you checked your springs? they could be worn out, and new springs would fix that.
