I HAVE A 2000 B2500 2WD 5SPD THAT SWALLOWED AN EXHAUST VALVE AT 150 K.
I JUST PURCHASED A 2001 RANGER 2.5 5SPD WITH 32K I WANT TO INSTALL THE WHOLE ENGINE TRANS COMBO WITH THE ENGINE HARNESS AND COMPUTER. ANYONE KNOW IF I AM GOING TO HAVE ANY PROBLEMS?
THE TRANS HAVE DIFFERENT PART NUMBERS BUT LOOK THE SAME.
THANKS TIM
Oh, I would guess that there would be problems. I'm a big fan of keeping things stock as possible. And not a fan of swallowing exhaust valves at all. Wouldn't that be a reverse swallow? I'm assuming that exhaust was on the way out is all.
