Engine noise on cold start up

Engine noise on cold start up
I have a 2001 v10 and when I start it in the morning, for a bout 3 or 4 seconds I will hear a noise from the engine around the oil filter. After it runs for 30 sec. its fine. Just on initial start up. its about 10deg. and it dont seem to do it above 32deg. Should I worry about this or get looked at by dealer? After its started and run . it wont do it again until it sits for at least 8 hrs in cold. Thanks for any help...
