A/C compressor bad?
I have a 02 Screw w/5.4.I bought the truck 2 months ago with a non working A/C system.The other day I decided to look into what was wrong.The system had no pressure and compressor wouldn`t start so I added 2 cans of refrigerant.The compressor/clutch started to kick on and off and when it went to steady on it had a burning smell.Is this a bad clutch or locked up compressor.I also noticed BIG leak in one of the rubber hoses.Assuming I need another compressor do they come with oil in them or do I need to charge it with oil.If so how much/many cans?
