Heres a video of the truck warming up after two months of replacing parts to get it running. The spring tune-up should have it running better, getting new tires and wheels for it now getting rid of the big mud tires you see in the video. YouTube - 1957 F100 272 V8

How I did it was I uploaded it to youtube, and then I went to play it on youtube, copied the link and pasted it into the FTE thread I started. It actually put the video in the thread which I thought was cool.

Reed,
Mine is just a work horse F5, I been fixing up very slowly. It runs good and is pretty quiet. But when I listened to my video it ran clankyer than I thought. Stay tuned, I didn't grow up with computers. Oh, check my gallery.

Nice trucks/ engines guys. Especially love that Fire Patrol so awesome!!!

here's my 52 F-6 I saved from the scrapper, spent 20 minutes under the hood and had it running.

and a random Flathead V8 that I was going to run in my 51 F-1 before I had a 49 Merc 8CM rebuilt for it. so now this one is just taking up garage space until i find it a new home.

These old trucks sure do have a sound of their own. I had planned on swapping out my engine for a 351w or something later on, but after I had it up and really running, there will always be a Y-Block under the hood
