bronco tailgate help
i have a 95 bronco, and the tailgate is falling apart so i found one from a 78 or 79 and i was wondering if anyone knows if it will fit or if ford changed designs some where.

IF it fits the body lines won't match. As I recall though 78-79's were different enough to make that swap all but impossible. 1980 and up are very similar. Somewhere in the production run (1980-1995) the latches changed location in the jamb but I can never remember exactly when. (Note to self... find out and add to the FAQ's).
