For the 04 and under, you would still need the wiring harness to convert your bulb system to the H13. Personally I dont care for the all black and you still have to paint it all. For 300$ and 148$ you can get the precut chrome grill with no mods needed to install and those aftermarket lights with adapter (minor mods to backing plate). That is what I did...
