Package Help

I have a 1992 f150 XLT 4x4. I am having trouble trying to find out exactly what equipment and extra options that were factory installed and I hoping that someone can help me. It has dual front shocks, and factory 3.73's. I need new rear springs and want to eventually lift it but i want to know exactly what is going on before i do anything. I think that the 3.73's were part of a towing package but the dual front shocks? I'm so confused. HELP.

I have never seen 3.73 gears listed in any F150 options or documentation, are you positive that is the ratio you have? How do you know you have 3.73"? What is the axle code on the drivers door pillar?
