Temperature Gauge
Just had valve cover gaskets replaced on 1995 4.0 V-6. Noticed temperature gauge is not working now so I am assuming they did not connect a wire. Shop is 60 miles away. Can someone tell me what side of block and location sensor would be and if it should be accessible from the top? Would like to get it going 1st thing in AM as I have some highway driving to do tomoroow.

Follow the upper radiator hose to where it connects to the engine.
The single wire temp sensor is the one for the in dash temp gauge, the two wire temp sensor close by, is for the computer & you really need that one working.
