cup holder removal
I have an '04 6.0 Super Duty CC.
I am trying to remove the pull-out cup holder for repairs.
I have removed the 2 screws to each side of the holder when it is in the out position, but the unit will not pull away from the dash.
Are there any other screws that need to be removed, or what else is required?

I have a 2006, the cup holder on mine is held with 4 screws 2 on the front and 2 below. You have to remove the hook/trash bag holder below the cup holder to get to the other screws. Your 2004 might be the same way.
