223 headers?

223 headers?
I see clifford has an expensive header and intake setup, but I was wondering if there is anything else out there... I see sacramento vintage ford has a cheap pair, but would they fit my 64? what is the difference of the 53-56 and the rest? also clifford says the intake doesnt work with the stock exhaust manifold. would their headers work with the stock intake? anyone done this? thanks...
