question for maf pros

im a newby at the 351's in these trucks and ive got a 94 250 351 e40d 4x4 and wantin to switch to mass air i got a complete engine bay harness and mass meter and box out of a 94 5.0 e4od 4x2 is it a direct swap of harnesses and computers between the 2? also i though the maf trucks had dual o2 sensors but could only find one harness for an o2 this normal or someone snip it off before i got to it? thanks ahead of time any tips and trick be greatful

1. The computer is a direct swap but the harness won't be so easy. Do you literally have all the wires from under the hood all the way back to the EEC connector? If so you have what is needed to make it work but if not you will be missing sections of wiring between the engine harness and EEC.
2. MAF trucks only have one O2 sensor for the most part, before '96 it was only Cali spec trucks that had 2.

yes i have the entire harness that is under the hood i only didnt take the tail light harness out i took computer the fuse panel and both harnesses that connect to it which goes to the engine and the other goes all the way around core support to starter relay so just unlpug all mine and plug in this system and be done ?
also the plug i unbolted from the firewall beside the computer are all the truck plugs wired the same ? i would assume so but not sure rather ask now then have a problem later

There is a good possibility you will have a fairly simple plug and play here since the donor is the same year as your truck. Nothing is ever certain with these trucks but you stand a better chance than most of having a good day, compare the harneses at the major connectors and if they look the same you're good.
