Question spring fishing???

well guys...after bein' sick since Oct and the doc not findin' whats wrong, I'm itchin' to get back on the water( wasted the fall sittin' on the throne )...I'd like to try and get out in the next few weeks...I stay pretty close to home( within 1.5-2 hrs)...so heres my proposition...set a day in April( I'm flexable)and depending on the number of folk interested we'll try to find a suitable venue...if we stay closer to Osoyoos I'd be up for hosting an after fishin' bar-b-q...you bring your food and drink..I'll supply a bar-b-q propane dishes etc and a nice private beach...even have a couple bunks in the trailer if some get a tad soused...or we could just have a couple beers and split from the lake...what say the fishermen/women ( can't leave the gals out...who would cook????) on this board???

I wish I could go, but thats a long drive just to go fishing. Oh, and having it up here wouldn't work because most of the good lakes will still have ice on them.

I stay pretty close to home when I fish as well. It's about a 3 min. walk from my door to the spot I like to fish.

I'd most likely be in but chances are anything that happens is going to be on a weekend which would not work for me.
